Detachable collar

I first saw them on Miu Miu runway (if I do remember correctly) and fell in love with that trend ever since. My sisters-in-law gifted me this detachable collar and I love it- simple and easy to incorporate into my daily outfits. I can think of a few ways to wear it: 

1. Over a black top and pants with black wayfarers- sorta Karl Lagerfield look, 
2. Go all white for a simple, clean yet elegant outfit or 
3. Over a colourful printed top and bright bottoms- which I opted for in this post.

Earthy tones

Hey everyone! 

Sorry for being quite MIA for the past few weeks but it's been super hectic at work (again) and hardly had any time to ask my hubby to snap pics. This is one of my work outfits... yeah I'm pretty lucky to run my own business and get to wear what I want :) I wanted to sport an earthy tone look hence the different hues of brown and beige. I added this chunky necklace for a little extra oumphhh ;P

Anyway, how was everyone's weekend? I spent mine in KL. Went shopping with my sisters-in-law and the funny coincidence is that all three of us were only picking bright floral items. I also did some online shopping on ASOS and ordered more bright floral shorts and tops. Don't be surprise if my next few blog posts will all feature colourful floral prints hahahaha.
